What is the cost for Event Rental Furniture?
The costs associated with delivery of your Event Rental Furniture are priced according to how many items you are renting as well as the distance to your location. The only additional cost that may be incurred is if you would like for your Event Rental Furniture to be picked up after hours.
Does your staff setup equipment?
When it comes to Staging Rental Furniture on site, our staff will complete all of the setup for your event. In addition to the Furniture placement and setup they will also wipe down furniture prior to leaving your location.
Is there a minimum order?
About Time Event Rentals prides itself on being available for everyone who is looking to enhance the aesthetics of their special event. There is no event that is too small for us, you can expect for us to be just as attentive with single item delivery as we are with a 200 item event.
What are your delivery hours?
Regular delivery hours for About Time Event Rentals are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Additional charges do apply for all deliveries outside of these regular operating hours. We are happy to do any delivery or pickup for you at any time 24/7.
How do I reserve my rental items?
In order to Rent our products, we require a signed agreement between renter and rentee as well as 30% down on the products that you want to utilize for your event. The remaining balance on your purchase will be due 7 days before your event.
How far in advance should I place my order?
You are free to reserve your order at any time. If you feel that the items that you want will be in high demand it is always better to place your order as soon as you are able.
How long is the furniture rental?
Our Event Rental Furniture is priced for 24 hours of use. In the event that you will need Furniture for additional time or for an event that is longer, the extra time will be added in your rental agreement before your event.
What if we damage an item?
If one of the Items has become damaged during your event we will charge you to fix the damage that has been done. If the Item is damaged beyond repair, we would then charge the cost to replace the item.
